青岛市民营经济国际合作商会于1月30日在湛山花园大酒店召开了二届一次会长（扩大）办公会。会议由副会长单位青岛安装建设股份有限公司承办，商会执行会长尚永乐、副会长袁红军、姜永传、王乃鹏、王来荣，副会长单位青岛一建集团有限公司的代表，以及常务理事或代表出席，常务副秘书长张文湘主持会议。
商会副会长、青岛安装建设股份有限公司董事长王乃鹏首先致辞，详细介绍了公司情况及企业60年的发展历程。他结合企业在国内外承建的众多重大工业项目、污水处理项目、啤酒厂和公用、国防建设项目，让大家对企业的业务和历史有了形象的了解，同时感受到了企业作为本土最优、最大的专业化安装公司所具备的规模和实力。
商会常务副秘书长张文湘汇报了商会近期工作；运营总监佟承志汇报了2018年商会工作思路与计划；党支部书记姜永传汇报了2018年商会党支部工作思路与计划。
与会各位会长、常务理事认真听取了汇报，分享了各自企业发展近况，并围绕“走出去”工作展开热烈讨论，共同研究探讨了引导会员企业海外发展的思路和方法，为商会建设提出了建议。
执行会长尚永乐结合大家的探讨做了发言。他回顾了青建集团自1983年走向海外至今三十多年的开拓历程，结合中企“走出去”的案例，总结了值得借鉴的经验和做法，并对会员企业的提议做了补充。商会将加强会员企业与青建国际集团的沟通和联系，共同探究合作践行“青建+”模式。
