6月6日上午9点，我公司应建管局要求协助青岛市应急救援备勤，公司党委书记、常务副总经理张卫财指示安全环保部从分公司抽调16名应急队员组成上合峰会备勤队伍，赴世园会备勤点开展备勤工作。
为支持青岛全力做好上合峰会备勤工作，我公司决定自6月6日到6月11日，组织二分、三分、四分公司共16人集中备勤，随时准备增援、协助处置重大突发事件。
我公司人员在备勤阶段，保持24小时待命，保证通信畅通，车辆装备处于随时可以出动救援的优良状态。同时，我公司人员边备边训，结合可能承担的实战任务，制定备勤期间训练演练工作方案，组织开展各种针对性训练演练，确保为峰会的顺利举办奉献青岛安装的力量。
6月7日，公司党委书记、常务副总经理张卫财、总工程师李学庆、安全环保部主任马世革一行看望慰问备勤人员。张书记分别听取了备勤人员关于上合“青岛峰会”备勤工作的情况汇报，对备勤人员加班加点投身备勤工作的思想觉悟和尽职履责的工作责任心给予充分肯定。
针对上合青岛峰会安全保卫工作的重要性，张书记着重强调了三点：一、要进一步提高思想认识，要牢固树立政治意识、大局意识和责任意识，把做好备勤维稳工作作为当前首要政治任务；二、要加强队伍管理，严格落实各项规章制度，确保队伍内部安全稳定；三、要落实完善应急处突机制。严格落实24小时值班备勤和领导带班制度，确保各类突发事件，第一时间处置、第一时间上报。
6月10日晚8点，峰会备勤工作圆满结束。我公司人员克服各种困难，自我加压，始终保持与兄弟单位和建管局的密切配合，圆满完成备勤任务并受到建管局领导的高度赞赏。
