为了提升我公司青年后备人才工程管理技术水平，2019年6月14-15日，人力资源部组织举行了2019年度公司年轻员工技术培训班。
公司内部讲师李学庆总工程师、徐志庆副总工程师担任培训主讲，讲授课程分别为《工程项目施工管理》和《特种设备安装工程技术管理》。讲师们在授课中对自己的课程进行讲授，并结合长年积累的经验，分享工程项目现场管理中的施工亮点和问题解决方法，做到了讲有所长，学有所用。
培训过程中对纪律严格要求，学员学习情况良好，参训共计26人。
