目前我国已全部进入高温季节，各单位、项目部要加强夏季高温天气安全管理，严防中暑和火灾事故发生，确保施工安全。
具体要求如下：
1、严格控制高温期间施工作业时间。
在高温天气期间，各单位、项目部要严格按照《山东省高温天气劳动保护办法》要求，合理安排和调整夏季高温天气工作时间，最大限度地减少高温中暑事件的发生。
2、严格按规定落实防暑降温措施
各单位、项目部要建立健全防暑降温工作制度，采取有效措施，加强高温天气作业劳动保护工作，配备急救药品。加强对施工人员的教育培训，普及高温防护、中暑急救等职业卫生知识。施工现场应提供清凉饮料、洁净用水、必需的药品以及休息场所，确保施工人员身体健康和生命安全。
3、严格落实各项消防安全措施
各单位、项目部应严格落实施工现场、办公、住宿区消防安全管理制度，认真开展消防安全隐患排查治理。有效预防和减少建筑工地火灾事故。
4、加强高温期间施工作业的监督检查
各单位要加强对施工现场落实各项防暑降温工作措施的监督检查，重点对施工作业时间、防暑降温措施以及各项消防措施落实情况等，切实督促项目部将高温天气的防暑降温工作落到实处，有效预防和控制中暑事件的发生，确保施工一线工作人员身体健康和生命安全。
